Chassis dynamometer is indispensable to the vehicle indoor performance testing.Compared to real road test and power train disassembling test,chassis dynamometer can comprehensively test vehicle dynamics performance and emission behavior in doors and without disassembling vehicles.As vehicle performance increasingly improves,such as vehicle's power,to simulate complex condition when vehicle is operating indoor without disassembling test of accelerating and decelerating,we need to exert load on the vehicle in bench test,which is equal to the load that vehicle receives on the real road,this puts higher demands of insight and accuracy on loading precision and response ability of chassis dynamometer's electric inertia simulation.This paper firstly analyzes the driving resistance that vehicle received when running on the typical road and on the chassis dynamometer.In comparison,it tells when chassis dynamometer loads rolling resistance,the traditional way generally doesn't consider the change of rolling resistance which is caused by changing driving axle load in the process of accelerating and decelerating and the test results deviation between chassis dynamometer and real road.To correct the deviation,this paper offers a technology research solution of rolling resistance loading based on driving axle load dynamic changes.Then according to relevant national standards and requests of test,the paper selects relative hardwares and writes application test program by Labview,builds the experimental platform of chassis dynamometer,it carries out the research of corresponding loading optimization and parameter prediction in test technology.To improve accuracy of simulation of testing system to the real road resistance,after compared several estimate methods of the control parameters for the system,this paper choose kalman filter to wave filter and estimate acceleration of tested vehicle.Then use the filtered acceleration as input to calculate resistance that is loaded by motor,and then conducts simulations with Matlab and observes the effects of filtering.At last,the test result proves that optimized resistance loading scheme reduces the deviation of road resistance from 5.4%to 1.8%in accelerating operating condition,and reduces the deviation in decelerating slide operating condition from 5.0%to 0.9%.So this paper has positive meaning to develop and improve the chassis dynamometer.
