After South to North Water Diversion Project being completed,cities in the area will face the situation of many water resources.And at the same time,with improvement of people's living standard,to provide high standard,safety and health of drinking water has become a major challenge facing the water supply industry.With the implementation of the new national standards for drinking water quality,the application of UF membrane technology in the construction of new water plant and the transformation of the old water plant has been paid more attention.In this paper,our study is mainly divided into three aspects.First,through the analysis of physical and chemical cleaning of the membrane fouling control function,we optimize the physical washing parameters,based on the cleaning effects of different chemical cleaning agents added into the raw water,we optimize membrane fouling cleaning agent.Second,respectively for raw water-ultrafiltration membrane process,raw water –flocculation precipitation-ultrafiltration process,raw water-flocculation precipitation-activated carbon adsorption-ultrafiltration process,raw water-flocculation precipitation-activated carbon adsorption–oxidation-ultrafiltration process,experimental study on different pretreatment process for membrane fouling control effect are being done,and the "zero pollution" critical flux is given.Third,through the experiments of "raw water-flocculation precipitation-activated carbon adsorption-ultrafiltration” and “raw water-flocculation precipitation-ultrafiltration-activated carbon adsorption",two common process effluent effect comparison,studies of the changes of membrane flux and membrane pollution,analysis of the activated carbon adsorption performance changes are given in view of the "south-north" water combination optimization process.Through the study,the research results are as follows:(1)Putting forward the optimization of physical and chemical cleaning parameters to control membrane pollution.Determining the membrane fouling cleaning method to control the membrane fouling effectively and increase the service life of ultrafiltration membrane.(2)The coagulation precipitation,activated carbon filter,and oxidation pretreatment process can effectively reduce the rate of membrane fouling,make clear the most suitable pretreatment measures for the operation of ultrafiltration membrane and effectively prolong the service life of the ultrafiltration membrane."Zero pollution " critical flux,is possible and can effectively alleviate the membrane fouling in the practical production.(3)Through the study on removal effects of different process combination process,we make clear the best combination of ultrafiltration membrane and activated carbon technology process,solve the problem of the ultrafiltration membrane can't remove low molecular organic compounds in the raw water.For the south-north water,putting the ultrafiltration unit after activated carbon effluent is more secure.The ultrafiltration membrane water treatment technology research above is provided for design and operation optimization on the south-north water treatment.
