With the gradual increase of building energy consumption in recent years,the application of phase change energy storage materials in buildings has become the focus of researches.The thermal characteristics and energy consumption of the building are studied through analyzing the data between the experimental investigation and computer simulation including the temperatures and heat flux.In this paper,two different buildings were built between the PCM room and the ordinary room with the same dimension and building.The main test conditions are divided into and active control stage by comparing the two rooms of the room temperature,envelope temperature,phase transition temperature,heat flux and power consumption and other data.It is concluded that the average room temperature of the experimental room is 7.15 ? higher than that of the passive room in the passive energy storage stage.While the average energy-saving rate of PCM room was 54.27% comparing the ordinary room in the active control stage.Based on the mathematic model of heat transfer between phase change heat transfer and attached sunspace,a model was established by using Energy The simulation results show that the energy consumption of the experiment room is only 3.69 kWh under the condition of active air conditioning and 18.9kWh in the experiment room,and 19.52% of the total electricity saving.The energy saving of simulation data flooring accounts for 80.48% of the total system energy saving.The economical and energy-saving analysis of different conventional energy substitutes was carried out.In this paper,the application effect of the heating system combined with phasechange floor heating and additional sunshine combined with collector heataccumulating wall in building is verified from the experimental point of view,which provides a reference for future research.This paper also builds a good applicability of the Energy Plus building model.Which provides a reference for the design of heating building with phase change technology in the future.
