As the improving of production and living standards,the requirements for stability and accuracy of industrial equipment are also increasing.However,the traditional device of multi degree of freedom system is often composed of more than a single degree of freedom motor,a lot of time and manpower are spent for the coordination and operation of the motor on the overall grasp of the system,in this system larger space is occupied,and the loss of gear transmission system exists between wear.Even so,its precision and accuration are difficult to meet the requirements,not only reduce production efficiency,but also restrict the rapid development of the economy.Domestic and foreign scholars focus on the research and development of actuator can realize multi degree of freedom movement solving the problems of traditional multi degree of freedom system,so as to a variety of permanent magnet motor with multi-degree-of-freedom was designed and produced.Considering the advantages of all kinds of multi degree of freedom motors,a compound drive permanent magnet multi-degree-of-freedom motor is proposed in this paper.Two motion system is included in this motor,large range of motion and fine adjustment motion,and a liquid suspension is filled in between the stator and the rotor.The loss of the friction between stator and rotor is reduced,the motor motion accuracy is also guaranteed.In this paper,the specific research work of this motor is summarized as follows:1)Firstly,the basic structure and parameters of the compound drive permanent magnet multi-degree-of-freedom motor is introduced in detail,and the working principle and electrifying strategy of the motor are expounded.Then,the Laplace's equation in the spherical coordinate is solved based on the analytic method,the magnetic density in the air gap of the motor is calculated.Then the spatial three-dimensional surface of the air gap flux density in three components is obtained.2)The model of compound drive permanent magnet multi degree of freedom motor is established by ANSOFT finite element software.The static magnetic field of motor rotor,the rotation torque of motor,the large deflection torque and the fine adjustment torque are analyzed,which compared with the air gap flux density calculated by analytic method.Both of them are mutually validated,the rationality and validity of the motor design are illustrated.3)The eddy current loss model is established by using finite element method.and the eddy current loss curve and the eddy current loss contrast curves of different motor structures are obtained by changing the structural parameters of the motor.The results show that the eddy current loss can be reduced by optimizing the structure parameters of the motor.4)The temperature field of compound driven permanent magnet multi degree of freedom motor is analyzed by using ANSYS Workbench.The temperature distribution curve of the motor in static state and the change of cloud picture under transient condition are obtained.The simulation results show the internal heat distribution of the motor.The rationality of the motor design is verified.Theoretical support is provided for the future optimization design of the motor.5)Combining the virtual prototype software ADAMS with the ANSOFT modeling,the dynamics of the compound drive permanent magnet multi free motor is studied.The movement of a motor rotor at a certain mark is simulated and analyzed,which provides a reference for the performance optimization of the motor.
