| In practice there will be a lot of factors affect the performance of gas turbine.Studies have shown that in many interference factors compressor fouling is a one of the biggest factors in-fluence on the compressor performance.A lot of air is inhaled when gas turbine is working.So continued to work after a long time,those can’t be with in the air filter tiny contaminant particles will be mixed with water,oil and gas,etc.and dirt is formed within the compressor.These caused the compressor performance,and even affect the normal stable work of the compressor.We can understand the main reason for the compressor performance degradation through sim-ulation calculation of the compressor after fouling.According to its corresponding protective measures,so as to avoid the performance of the compressor sharply decline,to ensure that the gas turbine work stable and safe.Provided in this paper,using ANSYS CFX software for single stage axial compressor in two situations before and after fouling are numerically simulated.In this paper,the comparison and analysis of compressor or internal flow field and performance parameters on the compressor fouling before and after fouling.This paper mainly completed the following work:1、Establish a geometric model of NASA Stage35 single stage axial flow compressor.Generate structured grid through ANSYS ICEM.To set the model of the corresponding bound-ary conditions.Simulation under different flow compressor working condition by changing ex-port back pressure.Compared calculation results with the experimental data.Calculation error of various parameters on the peak efficiency point between the calculation of numerical value and experimental value.2、The stator blade along the blade height direction will be 10%,20%,30%and 40%respectively leaf high roughness to different values,according to the law of dirt particles in the blade surface fouling,to simulation of the compressor in the case of moderate pollution.Com-pare two kinds of calculation result,analyzing the change of the internal flow field in compres-sor performance degradation.3、Using a given blade as a whole a fixed the roughness of this kind of research method that be used in previous studies,to simulate the compressor fouling the situation.Multiple sets of point calculation,get the compressor performance parameters of the curve.Take this calcu-lation result to compare with last one.The rationality of comparing two different ways.4、According to different position of dirt particles in the blade surface deposition rate fitting a curve that different thickness along the blade height direction of the blade surface.According to the fitting of curve to thicken the stator blade.Set the boundary conditions and calculation.Compare the result with the calculation result of the given roughness. |
