In the process of floating body motion test,it is necessary to measure and analyze the motion of floating body.Accurate measurement of floating motion attitude is the most important link in promoting the development of shipbuilding technology,improving the performance of ships and studying the inherent law of marine environment and ship movement.With the continuous development and advancement of the ship field,the measurement requirements of ship motion posture are increasing.At present,the general ship attitude measurement equipment is expensive and its structure is relatively fixed,for the attitude measurement of anti-collision fender and other floating with large range motion,on the one hand measuring range is limited,on the other hand measuring equipment is not easy to be installed on the floating body.Therefore,research and development of a low-cost,small-scale,easy handling of floating body attitude measurement system has a positive significance and good prospects for development.Based on the above background and objectives,this paper presents a floating body based on JY901 in the wave motion attitude measurement technology.The system has the advantages of simple structure,light weight,small volume,which make the system easy to be carried and installed.The whole system has low cost and can meet the engineering requirement.And it can finish the task of floating motion attitude measurement in complicated environment.First of all,this paper studies and analyzes the application of sensors in motion measurement system and the basic working principle of acceleration sensor JY901 applied in floating measurement technology.On this basis,the algorithm of floating attitude measurement based on JY901 is designed and developed,including numerical methods such as band-pass filtering algorithm and acceleration signal numerical integration algorithm.Then,according to this algorithm,the data post-processing software design scheme is proposed.By filtering and numerical integration,the acquired data are transformed into the six-degree-of-freedom motion displacement of the floating body to obtain the motion posture of the floating body in waves.Thereby the combination of the measuring device and the data processing software are realized.At last,the system is verified by the hovercraft seakeeping test.Comparing the measured data by the gyroscope and displacement measuring device with the measured data by this floating body attitude measurement system,it is verified that the measurement system has high measurement accuracy and good validity.Then,the measurement system is applied to the motion measurement of the anti-collision fender in the wave,and the motion posture and test phenomena of the fender are analyzed and demonstrated.
