With the development of ship,monitoring is the key part of the ship,as well as the guarantee for the safe and reliable operation.In the operation,the propulsion shafting plays a vital role in the normal operation of the system,while in the propulsion shafting,the state of the bearing can best reflect the state of the whole propulsion shafting.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor and study the bearing state of the shafting.Not only providing an effective solution for the propulsion,but also predict the occurrence and development of the early warning bearing failure.At present,for a static ship shafting,the jacking method is used to test and evaluate the intermediate bearing load;but for the dynamic shafting,even if there are difficulties in monitoring,the actual ship still needs to be able to realize real-time and comprehensive monitoring of the state of the shaft bearing.Systems and methods.Under this background,the background of the research in this paper is to design a new set of ship bearing monitoring system to realize on-line monitoring of the bearing state of the propulsion shafting system and finally to successfully installating and testing in the training ship of Dalian Maritime University.Based on the "YUKUN" propulsion shafting bearings,four kinds of online monitoring technology based on the related research on bearing condition monitoring.First,the force sensor is installed on the three middle bearings,and the dynamic change of the middle bearing support is monitored on line by using the piezoelectric effect of quartz.Second,the on-line oil pollution sensor is installed on the stern bearing and the middle bearing to monitor the change of oil state online.Third,eddy current sensor is installed at the front bearing and middle bearing,and the displacement information of the stern shaft and intermediate shaft is collected online.After the purification with wavelet packet,the axis orbit map is obtained.Fourth,online monitoring of the stress and strain state of propulsion shafting,under the transfer matrix framework,not only realizes the monitoring of bearing reaction force,but also reflects the state change of the deflection,bending moment and rotation angle.
