The research of the Composite superstructure of the ship has an important meaning to the development of Chinese shipbuilding industry and the national defense industry.This paper takes the superstructure of the ship under construction as the research object,and establishs the model of the ship composite superstructure,then the finite element numerical simulation and analysis of the stress and deformation of the ship superstructure under the static load are carried out in four different ways.The modal analysis and wind wave dynamic response analysis of superstructure in [G2.5/C2.5/steel(15mm)/C2.5/G2.5] lay mode are finished,and the variation law of stress and deformation of composite superstructure under static and wind wave dynamic response is analyzed.The specific research work is as follows:Based on ANSYS finite element program,considering the influence of steel beam and composite material layer on the structure stress,We analyzed the four conditions([G2.5/C2.5/steel(15mm)/C2.5/G2.5],[G2.5/C2.5/ steel(25mm)/C2.5/G2.5],[steel(15mm)] and [steel(25mm)])under the static analysis of the superstructure,and got the distribution law of the stress and the vertical displacement of the superstructure deck and the steel beam.The results show that the increase of the thickness of the steel plate will slightly increase the superstructure vertical deformation of steel beam and axial stress value,and the laying of composite materials will slightly increase the superstructure vertical deformation of steel beam and axial stress value,and will greatly reduce the stress value of the deck.Considering the influence of steel beam and composite layer,the modal analysis of the superstructure of [G2.5/C2.5/ steel plate(15mm)/C2.5/G2.5] was carried out,and the first ten order frequencies and vibration modes of the structure were obtained.The results show that the top plate and bottom vertical plate have the most serious buckling,and in the design and construction of the ship,we should focus on strengthening the top plate and bottom vertical plate;The model frequencies are in the 2.73.23,and the frequency of the vibration of the ship must avoid the resonance of the main excitation source P,3P frequency.Considering the effect of ocean wind and waves on the ship,the calculation curve simulation of ocean wind speed was established by MATLAB;Considering the wave induced ship rocking inertia force,we analyze the dynamic response of the superstructure in thesuperstructure of [G2.5/C2.5/ steel plate(15mm)/C2.5/G2.5],and obtain the stress and vertical displacement time history curves of the superstructure.The results showed that: along the height direction,average X,Y,Z displacement direction increases,but the volatility decreases gradually;Because of the self weight of the superstructure,the horizontal displacement of the bottom vertical slab is larger. |
