With the development of shipbuilding technology,hull block processing has become the main form of hull processing.Hull block will be assembled in the dock after processed.Hull block processing has become a major factor restricting the ship's manufacturing efficiency.Therefore,it is great practical significance to research the hull block scheduling.This paper takes the workshop scheduling of hull plane block and surface block as the research object.The paper studies the hull block scheduling with dynamic factors of processing personnel adjustment in actual process based on uncertain processing time.Firstly,in order to optimize the scheduling problem of hull block,this paper introduces annealing operation of simulated annealing algorithm to genetic algorithm,and uses the effective crossover and mutation operater methods which can improve the convergence ability and find the optimal solution ability.Secondly,considering uncertain processing time,this paper introduces fuzzy number to represent uncertain processing time and applies it to hull plane block mixed-model assembly workshop scheduling problem.According to the characteristics of fuzzy-number mixed-model assembly scheduling,the optimal model of job-shop scheduling is established and optimized by the novel genetic algorithm proposed in this paper.Thirdly,this paper makes some research on the dynamic problem of worker adjustment.In order to make the study more realistic and more valuable,fuzzy number is also introduced into the hull surface block flexible shop scheduling.The three-point satisfaction theory is used to establish optimization model of hull surface block shop scheduling,and proved the availability by some tests.Considering the dynamic problem of worker adjustment,this paper compares the production plan with that before adjustment.The effectiveness of proposed algorithm in solving the hull surface shop scheduling problem is validated by comparison.Combining with the previous research,the hull block shop scheduling system is developed based on VB 6.0.The system can process the block machining information,and it also can set different parameters when optimizing different problems.At the same time,it is easy to see the result of optimization.Finally,this paper proves universality of the system through the processing example of a shipyard.After verification,the system can deal with the similar problems well.
