In this paper,it takes the 600 Wh flywheel energy system as the experimental object.The paper designs of a expert PID control method,controling of the AMB rotors vibration.The paper's begin introducts the development course and main defections of the AMB are introduced in detail.The AMB control system is maked up the core controller,power amplifier,position sensor,the stator and rotor of the bearing.Taking the axial AMB as an example,its working principle is explained.According to the principle of magnetic circuit calculation,the 5degree of freedom system mathematical equations is derived.With the expert PID control algorithm of the basic theory and algorithm principle,the expert PID control rule is obtained.when the reference input,disturbance and measurement noise are respectively applied to the transfer function of the system,and then use the linear system analysis for closed-loop active magnetic bearing designed PID control system transfer function.Under the guidance of the idea of expert PID control,using the SIMULINK component in MATLAB,the simulation of the single degree of freedom active magnetic bearing expert PID control is established.On the basis of this,the hardware and software of the expert PID controller of the AMB are carried out.The hardware part,the active magnetic bearing expert PID control hardware platform is built,based on the C2000 company TI series digital signal processor(DSP).Software part,the active magnetic bearing expert PID control system software programms are designed,by the Composer Studio Code(CCS)platform.Based on the 600 Wh flywheel energy storage system as the experimental platform,the AMB expert PID control excitation experiment is actualized.The expert PID parameters tuning experiment and rotation experiment of the expert PID control are carried out.The spectrum diagram and the rotor axis orbit of the rotor vibration are extracted.The rotating experiment results show that it is feasible to control the parameters by the air gap deviation and rotor speed.Compared with the ordinary PID controller,the maximum vibration amplitude of the AMB's rotor is decreased by more than 6%.
