Three-phase PWM rectifier has some advantages of the simple control,controlled power factor,so it has been widely used in the other fields.Three-phase PWM rectifier control is used of voltage and current double closed-loop direct current control method based on PI regulator,when the rectifier start-up instantly or suddenly load changes,it will cause too much impact current and bus voltage will produce great overshoot.This phenomenon seriously threatens the safety of power switch devices in the ship electric propulsion system,and brings serious electromagnetic interference problem which often results to occur over-current protection in the system controller,and makes the device cannot startup the normal operation.In this paper,the three-phase voltage-source PWM rectifier is studied in detail,and the main contents are as follows:In this paper,the topology and basic principle of the three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier are analyzed,and the mathematical model is established.And the mathematical model is established to analyze the relationship between the variables and find out the control law.Based on the dynamic matrix control theory,the dynamic matrix prediction model of three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier is established.The traditional dynamic matrix control is optimized,and the optimal control law and feedback correction device are designed to meet the design requirements.A new double-closed-loop control strategy is designed to solve the problem that the traditional double-closed-loop three-phase voltage PWM rectifier is affected by the load disturbance at the moment of start-up.By adopting the control strategy of DC side capacitor current feedback effectively suppresses the start-up inrush current.In addition,a dynamic matrix control strategy is designed to improve the reliability and anti-disturbance ability of the three-phase voltage-type PWM rectifier.The simulation results show that the theoretical analysis of this new control strategy is correct.At last,the hardware platform of three-phase voltage PWM rectifier is built with ARM(STM32F103ZET6)as the controller,and debugged and run.The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy is correct and meets the requirements.
