| With the continuous development of electric power and the request of industry and residents,the distance of overhead transmission line is getting larger and larger,the voltage is higher and higher,making the diameter of overhead transmission line larger.In the process,the harm caused by the breeze vibration to the wire seriously hindered the development of overhead transmission line.At present,most domestic and foreign use of vibration isolators to reduce the damage caused by the breeze vibration.However,the resulting maintenance costs and fatigue hazards of the wire near the vibration isolator reduce the effectiveness of the vibration isolator.In order to properly handle the appeal issue,Canada’s Alcan Company first developed a self-damping wire that utilizes the damping characteristics of the wire itself to control the vibration of the breeze.At present,there are few records of using self-damping wires in our country,and there is a lack of relevant research.Self-damping wire has a high damping characteristics,can be appropriate to improve the operating tension of the wire,reducing the tower height or increase the gear to reduce costs.In order to propose a reasonable self-damping wire,it is essential to analyze the fretting wear characteristics under breeze vibration.In this paper,self-damping wire and ordinary ACSR fretting wear characteristics,through the theory,finite element simulation calculation,experimental self-damping wire self-damping characteristics obtained,breeze vibration characteristics and fretting wear characteristics,and these characteristics Influence factors(such as structure,clearance,tension,amplitude,frequency,oil,etc.)on the wear characteristics of the law.The main contents of this paper include:self-damping influencing factor analysis and fretting wear mechanism analysis of self-damping wire and normal wire;theoretical analysis of wire rod force state,finite element analysis under various influencing factors(tension,frequency,amplitude,etc.),The stiffness and strength of the self-damped wire,the contact stress between the wire and the fretting slip(compared with the common wire),and the wire mode;the verification test is designed to confirm the accuracy of the simulation result;Fretting Wear Characteristics Analysis of Wires.The main conclusions of this paper include:Self-damping characteristics of self-damping wire better than ordinary wire;since the damping characteristics of self-damping wires are insensitive to tension compared to common wires,power transmission costs can be reduced by increasing tension with a tension of 25%RTS witch can maintain high damping characteristics;ordinary wire wear is serious than the self-damping wire. |
