Since UAVs(Unmanned Aerial Vehicles)have the characteristics of low cost, rapid deployment, and wide coverage, they can serve as air base stations and provide communication services for terrestrial users. On the one hand, air base stations can improve the quality of service of traditional cellular systems by offer traffic offload for hot cell business. On the other hand,it can meet the need for rapid communications recovery in disaster areas.Firstly, this thesis designs a spectrum sharing method between UAV base stations and terrestrial network. Then the stochastic geometry theory is used to measure the capacity and coverage probability of UAV and terrestrial network. The quantitative analysis of the double-layer network formed by the ground network and the UAV network can be used to obtain the influence laws of various parameters on the network performance and guide the deployment of the UAV in the later stage. In the second part, this thesis explores the UAV deployment in the scenario given the distribution of users and the capabilities of the UAVs.That is to design the number and location of UAV for deployments.Different from the traditional deployment of the ground stations,UAV base stations’ deployment also involves the control of height. This thesis proposes a low complexity UAV deployment solution and optimizes the UAV height. In the third part, this thesis studies UAV base station resources allocation in emergency scenarios. When the terrestrial base station cannot provide communication services,UAVs can be used as a mobile relay service for terrestrial cell users.UAVs borrow resources from neighboring cells to recover some of the communications capabilities of the damaged base station. Here we design a slot allocation scheme that maximizes the system rate while ensuring the minimum communication rate required by the cell which has a damaged base station. This thesis theoretically analyzed the coverage and capacity of UAV base station deployment, and designed the coverage and resource allocation scheme of UAV base station. It is instructive for the deployment of UAV base stations...
