Brushless DC motor has a simple structure,easy maintenance,good speed performance,high efficiency and other features.Brushless DC has been widely used in home appliances,industrial,military,aerospace and other fields.The traditional brushless DC motor control system needs to install the position sensor on the motor shaft,through the sensor feedback position information to achieve closed-loop control,but the existence of the sensor,not only reduces the reliability of the motor,increasing the size of the motor,The cost of the motor,but also restricts the extensive application of brushless DC motor,so to find a replacement position sensor function,to achieve stable and reliable control of the motor program is of great significance.This thesis designs a sensor-less motor control system to realize brushless DC motor control by the host computer.The specific work of this paper is as follows:This thesis introduces the basic structure and working principle of the brushless DC motor,focuses on the control problem of the motor in the sensor-less state.The design scheme of the sensor-less fan drive system is given,and the hardware circuit of the fan drive system is designed,including the ARM controller,the driver,the bridge and the Back-EMF detection module circuit,and constructs the sensor-less brushless DC motor control system.The software flow in the system ARM controller is given,and the software modules such as working parameter setting,three-stage startup,position detection and PID speed control are designed in detail.At the same time,the software interface of the fan drive system is designed in the host computer,and the function parameters such as setting,starting,stopping,speed adjustment and forward and reverse control of the fan drive system are realized.Through the actual test,the results show that the paper design of the sensor-less fan drive system to meet the design requirements.
