Solution Electric Conductivity is an important physical and chemical properties of electrolyte solution,which has been widely used in metallurgy,chemical,biological,pharmaceutical and other industries and fields.The rapid development of economy and continually progress of science put forward higher requirements on the conductivity.Electrical conductivity measurement mainly includes bridge method,frequency method,communication method and dynamic pulse method used at home and abroad,those the degree of polarization and electric double layer capacitor effect exists in.Based on the analysis and comparison of the above several methods,combined with the actual demand,the paper finally selects double frequency sinusoidal alternating method and remodel for it,through the corresponding mathematical processing obtains the measured conductivity.Together the selection of incentive,modeling methods and mathematical operations,this method can reduce the conductivity of the polarization and capacitance of electric double layer effect at most.Based on the above measurement method,this paper studied and produced a conductivity meter test system.The system uses STM32 as the developing platform of the hardware,measure conductivity and acquire date,can achieve low power consumption and demand acquisition speed;use LaBVIEW as software development platform,visual programs and process date,can achieve interactive and visual requirements.
