Karst is a water soluble rock was mainly by chemical dissolution,water erosion and collapse of shallow geological effects supplemented by mechanical function,and general phenomenon caused by these effects.The complicated karst geology has a great influence on the engineering construction,especially the tunnel and subway engineering.The first section of Dalian metro line two,the eastern weft Road station to the Chun Guang road station is characterized by denudation of low hills and gullies,undulating terrain.Interval karst development,there are a number of faults through here.There are mainly streets,factories and residential areas on the ground,and the buildings are densely built along the lines,and the pipelines and pipelines are numerous,which adds great difficulty to the actual implementation of the karst.This paper takes the East Spring gap project of Dalian Metro Line 2 as an example,first of all,the data acquisition,mainly research background information and geological borehole data,and theoretical analysis,focusing on the analysis of the city subway common physical exploration methods,commonly used grouting theory.The investigation of the geological background and the engineering project of Dalian metro area,making the city subway karst comprehensive prediction method and comprehensive control scheme,the sleeve valve tube grouting,the karst caves,near the building section surface grouting and interval of precipitation.The construction of Dalian Metro Line 2 in winter and spring has been realized,and a set of effective comprehensive treatment methods for urban subway complex karst have been formed.
