| With the construction of national defense technology and the development of national space science,more and more people pay attention to the application of space engineering.Various of spacecraft go up into space.However,due to the complex space radiation environment,the spacecraft will suffer from device damage,material performance changes,or even failure during operation.Such effects are called ionizing radiation dose effects.The instrument that measures the effect is the radiation dosimeter.The radiation dosimeter which can provide the basis for on-orbit fault diagnosis,on-orbit management strategy and life estimation of spacecraft,can monitor the radiation doses that the spacecraft can receive.The core device of the radiation dosimeter is the PMOS sensor(also known as PMOS dosimeter).The radiation dosimeter works with the PMOS sensor due to the characteristics of the voltage drift caused by radiation,and the PMOS pin offset is proportional to the radiation dose being subjected.Therefore,the PMOS sensor plays an important role in the space radiation effect.This thesis is mainly around "designing a ground test system for screening high quality PMOS sensors and screening high quality PMOS sensors using ground test systems" to start.The main contents of this thesis include the following:Firstly,the research status and development and application of PMOS sensor are analyzed.The structural characteristics,working principle and manufacturing process of PMOS sensor are introduced.The working mode and temperature effect of PMOS sensor are analyzed in detail.Secondly,the requirements of the ground test system are analyzed.The function and performance of the ground test system are put forward,and the modules of the system are introduced.Thirdly,the power module and the test module of the ground test system is designed and realized in detail.Fourthly,the design performance of the PMOS sensor ground test system which meets the design requirements is verified by zero temperature coefficient point test and calibration test.Fifth,the application of the ground test system is described.Through the screening test of PMOS sensor,and then it select high quality PMOS sensors.Some PMOS sensors whose experimental results are not ideal will be eliminated.And some of the data analysis results are displayed.The circuit for the ground test system of PMOS sensor is simple but powerful,low power consumption but high reliability.The ground test system can meet the test needs,and has a vital significance for the selection of high quality aerospace PMOS sensor.At present the system has begun service for the wind series of satellites. |
