Loader power cabin is an important part of the engineering machinery appearance structure design.However,the traditional loader power cabin can not satisfy the simultaneous requirements for function and appearance.To be more specific,too much emphasis on appearance fails meet the cooling efficiency and the emphasis on functional design makes the product appearance design dull.Accordingly,a new dynamic cabin air duct structure is put forward to make the air duct go an S-shaped path,which abandons the original structure.This design achieves maximum cooling efficiency,lower noises in internal structure while reserves space for external design.As a result,Loader power cabin not only overcomes the flow flied based square design,but becomes more attractive due to its more detailed product design.Based on an aesthetics design concept,considering a variety of aesthetic factors and via a comparative analysis of sound field of power cabin,the thesis make a research on how different shape of loader power affects the radiation field and cooling air flow before optimize the functional and aesthetic characteristics of the cabin.The main research contents of this thesis are follow:(1)Based on Kansei engineering theory,the thesis adopts a qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore the cognitive image of the loader power module with the feature of appearance,included summarizes representative perpetual phrase about loader power cabin,deconstructs design elements of loader power module,so as to guide the loader power cabin with the quantitative theory;(2)By means of the questionnaire and experimental data,the thesis targets at the loader power cabin and clarifies public's cognitive image shape about characteristics of the loader power cabin and then establishes the user perceptual image quantitative,and provides a scientific basis for the design of beauty loader power cabin;(3)The thesis adopts the approach of fuzzy evaluation and the weighted mathematical calculation to carry on the quantitative design analysis and evaluates three schemes of the loading power cabin design in order to verify the rationality of design scheme of cabin.(4)A double power cabin of S type air duct structure is built and the finite element model is established,by analyzing different schemes of the loader power flow field,temperature field,with purpose to meet the ergonomic appearance design of air power cabin simulation experiment as well as ensure higher cooling efficiency,lower noises and nice appearance of the loader power cabin;...
