In the face of the demand for the development of road maintenance and management information,the capacity of transmission,storage and calculation of pavement maintenance management data is put on a new step.The traditional way of manually storing data has gradually withdrawn from the stage of history.The development of mobile Internet technology provides us with a new and convenient way to collect and store pavement data-based on the smart phones to obtain pavement conditions.This method has the advantages of convenient operation,low cost and accurate precision,and has an indispensable role in the development of road maintenance management information.Firstly,the research on the road roughness evaluation index is carried out,and the research status of the pavement technology using the acceleration sensor is analyzed,and the method of detecting the pavement condition based on the smart phone is summarized.Next,the extraction of the road roughness index based on the acceleration data is performed.Firstly,Kalman filter is used to filter the acceleration and position information,and the acceleration of the vibration of the vehicle and the position information data matching the map are obtained.Then the state space method is used to analyze the theoretical relationship between the system input-road roughness power spectral density(International Roughness Index,IRI)and the system output-vehicle vibration acceleration,and the pavement roughness evaluation index is deduced.On this basis,the pavement roughness index is combined with the logistic classification regression model to obtain the pavement classification model.With the development of the concept of machine learning,this paper introduces the pavement data fusion method based on the empirical Bayesian learning method,and continuously improves the pavement roughness data and improves the accuracy of the pavement performance data segment based on the pavement roughness data detected by the acquired smartphone.Finally,based on the nonuniformity evaluation index proposed in this paper,the paper analyzes the cloud service platform system of Yangzhou Hanjiang district rural road,and combines the pavement performance data with the Web map to explore the direction for the new rural road pavement maintenance management.
