Induction motor applications more and more power,the voltage is higher and higher,the industrial operation of the motor speed performance requirements are also getting higher and higher,the existing high-voltage motor drive solutions used is a high Voltage level IGBT devices,there are some potential safety problems,easy to produce high-frequency on-off explosion,lack of security;the other program is the use of a number of low-voltage power modules in series program,the economy is not enough at the same time,each It is difficult for the IGBTs to explode due to voltage unbalance between power units,which hinders the progress of China's industrial modernization to a certain extent.The 6KV nine-phase square wave induction motor and inverter studied in this paper adopt the new topological structure of nine power unit series scheme.This scheme can use low-voltage IGBT devices to build high-voltage frequency converter to solve the unsafe problem of this product.In order to use a nine-phase power inverter unit in series inverter,the need to design a nine-phase induction motor,and in order to take full advantage of nine-phase power supply to further optimize the motor input waveform is a square wave,not only energy efficient,material utilization High rate of advantage,and later based on square wave further in the inverter IGBT devices for SCR,to further improve the safety,reliability and economy.In order to study the safety problem of frequency converter based on series connection of nine-phase power unit,this dissertation firstly needs theoretical research on nine-phase square-wave motor and feasibility of theoretical support and success of nine-phase square-wave induction motor in motor design theory.Then,because the nine-phase square wave induction motor does not have a corresponding mature electromagnetic design program,it needs to perform the electromagnetic design based on the equivalent circuit by the three-phase sinusoidal induction motor.Whether this scheme is feasible or not needs verification.Therefore,by adopting PSCR,MAXWELL RM module,MAXWELL 2D module three different electromagnetic design or simulation software to demonstrate the unity of the electromagnetic calculation results to demonstrate that the electromagnetic equivalent circuit based design is feasible and reliable.Argument is feasible,the use of this method to design and modify the motor design program,the final prototype and prototype production prototype.At the same time,according to the nine-phase square wave induction motor matching nine-phase power unit based on the series of inverter research and development and production,and ultimately the two supporting on-line test and conducted by the third-party agencies type test and give a report,the final formation of product companies standard.
