The rapid development of smart grid puts forward higher requirements on the performance of the circuit breaker.The thesis researches intelligent control technique of 126kV permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker(PMVCB).The constant current charging power supply(CCCPS)and the synchronous control system of the circuit breaker are designed.The purpose of the thesis is to improve the intelligent level of power equipment.Firstly,the CCCPS is designed according to the performance requirements of energy storage capacitor for the permanent magnet actuator.As the main topology of CCCPS,series resonant circuit(SRC)and its three operating modes are analyzed.By steady state analysis of SRC working in discontinuous current mode,the functional relationships between the resonant current,resonant capacitor voltage,load voltage and numbers of resonant periods are deduced.The simulation of SRC verifies the derived equation and theoretical analysis,according to which the parameters of the charging circuit and the hardware circuit are designed.Secondly,according to the intelligent control requirements of 126kV PMVCBs,the whole intelligent control device is designed.The hardware system includes digital signal process minimum system module,data sampling and processing module,switch driver module,zero crossing detection module and communication module.While the software system includes the information acquisition and data processing program,synchronization control program,communication program and the upper computer program.Finally,based on 126kV PMVCBs prototype,the experimental platform of synchronous control is set up and experiments are carried out.The experiments include the charging control of the energy storage capacitor,the detection of coil current,communication and condition monitoring of the upper computer,the operation of synchronous switching.The experimental results show that the control system meets the design requirements.
