At present,the stability of combustion chamber is the focus of aero engine research.Finding various factors that affect the stability of combustion chamber is still an important work in designing engine combustor.The structure of the combustor head is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of the combustor,and the structure of the swirler is an important part of the factors.Study on the influence of the combustion chamber of the combustion chamber head structure stability,which can be used in numerical simulation and experimental verification of the combination of the two methods,the numerical simulation has lower cost,convenient operation and optimization design;but test verification work can not simulate the normal working state completely,just used in the study of lean blowout due to limited conditions.The high temperature ascending central staged combustion chamber is a leading type in the aero engine combustor.It can guide the subsequent development of the high temperature rising combustor by optimizing the stability of the combustion chamber.This paper studies the high temperature rise center staged combustion chamber,which include three stage cyclone and two level(class work value and main combustion stage).There are a variety of programs according to the swirl vane angle and rotation.Using the numerical simulation method find the optimal structure;using the optimal structure model prove the test data validation,simulation of lean blowout occurs and verify the numerical simulation of the working state of the conclusion;analyze the impact of the structure at all levels of hydro cyclone on combustion chamber stability.The research shows that the combustion chamber head structure is main reason affecting the combustion performance of combustion chamber,and the third stage cyclone is an important structure of the recirculation zone of the combustion chamber;with the main combustion stage blade installation angle increase,the size of the recirculation zone is raise;with the main combustion stage blade installation angle increase,the outlet temperature of the combustion chamber is uniform,because the primary fuel flow are mixed the role of cold air in the combustion chamber after class;the value stage of structural parameters is the main cause of formation of shear angle,and the flame length in the main combustion zone is three level change selected cyclone structure;the value should be 45 degrees angle class,and the main combustion the view from 60 degrees;consider the value of class two grade class value atomization,opposite rotating direction,the main combustion stage and second stage the same.
