Aiming at the traditional way of aero-engine bolt assembly,the design of aero-engine bolt automatic tightening machine based on automatic assembly is put forward in this thesis,which can improve the assembly quality and efficiency of aeroengine and reduce the number of special rigid tooling.The aero-engine automatic bolt tightening machine structure design,components selection,finite element analysis of key parts,control system design and simulation work have been completed in this paper and the research has guiding significance to solve the traditional low assembly efficiency of aero-engine assembly,low degree of automation and reliability.First,based on summarization and analysis of the typical digitalized flexible tooling applied to domestic and foreign aero-engines assembly field,the key technologies of aero-engine digital flexible tooling are analyzed.Combined with the bolt assembly process of the aero-engine compressor disk and the modular design theory of the mechanical structure,a set of suitable for different types and distribution of bolt compressor disk radius bolt assembly automatic tightening machine are designed;then,the positioning principle of location clamping device of compressor disk in automatic tightening,the structure characteristics of automatic tightening device and working principle are analyzed,and the transmission system is mainly designed and analyzed.The analysis results show that the flexible assembly can realize automatic assembly of the aero-engine compressor disk bolt.Second,location clamping device of compressor disk in automatic tightening,the main load-carrying structure of the tighten box and tappet head,are respectively modeled in ANSYS Workbench environment under the conditions of three times the normal load.They are analyzed in strength and stiffness and the maximum stress,strain and deformation are obtained.The feasibility of the design of the whole mechanism from the statics point of view is verified.Last,on the basis of the motion analysis of the whole structure and LabVIEW development platform and STM32 microprocessor,a set of control system scheme for automatic bolt tightening machine is designed.The control system is based on LabVIEW,and traditional control board is replaced by STM32 microprocessor.The VISA module is used to configure the serial bus to make the serial communication between the host computer based on the LabVIEW and the STM32 microprocessor,the control instruction of the host computer accurately transmit to lower levels and the data uploaded by the STM32 microprocessor are achieved.Results shows that the control system of LabVIEW and STM32 microprocessor had the advantages of low design cost,short development cycle and well expansibility.
