With the rapid development of the world aerospace technology,the aircraft landing gear as the main part of the aircraft structure,its flight control and design is also worth as a research topic.Aircraft landing gear is an important role in the whole aircraft structure,as a main bearing mechanism,mainly bear the aircraft in the landing process,with the ground collision brought about by the larger load impact,the huge energy generated by the landing gear buffer system in the buffer to absorb and consume,Therefore,the aircraft landing gear cushion system can provide more safety and comfort for engineering applications.Magnetorheological technology has been developed rapidly in recent years.MRF is used as shock absorber medium in landing gear.The variation of magnetic field is made by controling the current variation and improve the damping effect of the undercarriage by controlling the current change,that is,the current is controlled to change the magnitude of the magneto-rheological buffer damping force to improve the damping effect of the landing gear.Firstly,the working principle of MR damper is studied in detail.According to the characteristics of MRF,two kinds of MR damper models are selected for simulation analysis,one is Bingham model,the other is a modified Bouc-wen model,in which a suitable magnetorheological damper model is established and applied to the landing gear buffer system.Secondly,based on a certain type of aircraft pillar landing gear as research object,a landing gear dynamic model for falling is set up,a small aircraft landing gear model is set up in virtual prototyping technology Adams dynamic simulation platform,the constraints of each part is specified,and the interface state variables are set up.And through two different control algorithms,one is model reference adaptive control algorithm,the other is robust control algorithm to achieve buffer control,simulation based on the magnetic rheological aircraft landing gear landing effect.The paper makes a comparative analysis of the different falling earthquake rates,which makes the research content more comprehensive.Finally,the method of combining Adams with MATLAB is used to verify its feasibility,and good results are obtained.
