The Design Of Baidu Vehicle Central Control System

In recent years,internet penetrates more and more aspects in people's everyday life along with its booming development.As a mobile environment which is closely linked to and has great influence on human life,vehicle field has drawn a lot of attention.As the new platform for internet display,vehicle has unique way of display and operating behavior.Under the circumstances that communication technology becomes more developed and cellphone becomes more widespread,internet service has become more comprehensive,intelligent and covered every aspects of people's life.It has brought a new problem to us that how to help users enjoy internet service under driving conditions.More and more drivers are used to mobile platforms and expected to experience better service when driving.But there is no uniform standards for internet of vehicle platform design,vehicle manufactures and internet platforms design their own vehicle operating system according to the characteristics of their cars and platform layout.Baidu,the internet industry leader in China,has already started the layout in internet of vehicle.As an intern in Baidu,I have the fortune to start designing the vehicle system from the beginning.An entire vehicle system has different requirements and contents such as dashboard,central control panel and cellphone app according to different brands and types.In the course of writing this paper,Start with central control system,I make a clear design purpose,conduct analysis and research and analyze the existing vehicle service and central control design direction.Based on interaction design,the vehicle interaction design characteristics are analyzed.Survey results are sorted out and the design direction of vehicle central control system is confirmed.In the process of designing,my main job focus on the model of vehicle central control system and the interaction design of main interface.
