| We take the project implementation of the intelligent logistics robot cluster of a workshop in the intelligent manufacturing upgrading as the research background case in this paper.The two issues of "path decision" and "task allocation" are not only the two basic problems in the mobile robot cluster system,but also the two key problems that have a decisive role on the production beat.It can significantly increase the productivity by optimizing the solution to the two problems.We take the practical application as the starting point then filter out the feasible algorithm aim at the actual project encountered in the "path decision problem" by referring to the popular group intelligent algorithms at home or abroad,with,for example,the ant colony algorithm and the greedy algorithm.We have discussed and analyzed the actual situation of intelligent logistics robot cluster system combined with the characteristics of the different group intelligent algorithms to filter out the feasible algorithm for the practical project application in this paper.In addition,a new group intelligent algorithm that aims at the "task allocation problem" in intelligent logistics robot cluster system was proposed to solve the practical problems by referring to the idea of the mature group intelligent algorithm in this paper.This algorithm combines the maturing ant colony algorithm and greedy algorithm in the group intelligence algorithm and preserves the core idea of the pheromone in the ant colony algorithm to make the system algorithm can be iterated and optimized.Meanwhile,we have learned the idea of greedy algorithm to reduce the amount of algorithmic computation,and save the decision-making overhead when comprehensive control system in the practical application.The results show that the new method is more suitable than the traditional "Principle of Proximity" for some special cases in practical application.Finally,we have built the model based on the actual situation of the case project and respectively simulated the studied algorithm by the use of software that we wrote.It finally concluded that which algorithm is more suitable for the application in intelligent logistics robot cluster system according to the analysis of the results of the simulation software.The conclusion in this paper has a certain degree of universality,and the cluster intelligent robot cluster project with similar characteristics of the case project can refer to the research results of this paper. |
