| With the continuous reduction of the global photovoltaic modules cost,together with the world’s photovoltaic subsidy policies gradually become more reasonable,photovoltaic industry will achieve more rapid growth in the future.Distributed photovoltaic has gradually become the mainstream of photovoltaic development in view of its high utilization of solar energy and advantages of no special venue restrictions.But considering distributed photovoltaic projects have economic characteristics of long investment recovery period,strongly influenced by policy and strong uncertainty of investment profit,resulting in distributed photovoltaic projects have been greatly limited in the selection stage of projects operation mode.At present,China’s distributed photovoltaic power generation project is still using the pattern that give priority to EMC operation cooperation model and supplemented by EPC operating mode,and the choice of operating mode will directly affect the economic analysis results of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects.This thesis deeply analyses the photovoltaic project operation mode and economic analysis method by collecting a large amount of information on photovoltaic projects and combined with their own work experience,formed select suggestion of distributed PV power generation project operation mode,put forward a new idea for economic analysis of distributed photovoltaic power generation project and established the economic analysis model of operating mode income distribution scheme comparison,finally,taking 8MW roof distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Tianjin as an example.Based on the analysis of various basic conditions,conducted specific project operation mode selection and detailed multi-program economic analysis and election,proved that the optimized economic analysis model can help to choose the best operation mode of distributed photovoltaic project.This thesis not only helps guiding distributed photovoltaic project investors to choose the appropriate project operation mode,to provide a guarantee for the normal construction and operation of the project,but also provides a new thinking for the economic analysis and decision of the same type of distributed PV project in the future.It has extremely important practical significance. |
