| Passive Keyless Enter system is becoming standard configuration for cars,which have subverted the Mechanical car key technology completely.The Key owner can enter and launch the car easily and provide a more convenient,relaxed and pleasant driving experience.In this thesis,the selection of main components and design the circuit are firstly carried out base design specification.Then design the software each main function module.Finally,the detailed experiment and verification were implemented to measure the PKE wireless intelligent key to ensure key meet design requirements.At the hardware design phase,the Texas instruments(TI)and NXP keyless system solutions were identified after detailed investigation and comparison,then design the PCB by using the Mentor Graphics.The Mental Expedition PCB is used to PCB Layout design.At the software design phase,the RKE and PEPS two functional modules were designed in detail.Regarding the design experiment and verification,the cosmetic,functional and reliability test were carried out by production and design verification to ensure the key meet design requirements.The design of PKE wireless intelligent key is a comprehensive design system,which had involved multiple teams and a large number of related members,including customers and related suppliers.The key has been mass production in our company and used in a brand P3 models.There isn’t any customer quality complaints since the mass production.Customer satisfaction is very good. |
