The development of internal combustion engine technology has been continuously made much progresswith increasingly stringent emissions regulations.In the following China? emission period,the SCR system would be applied in conventional route in order to eliminate the increase of NO_x brought about by low limit of PM.The application of SCR system puts forward higher requirements for the vehicle matching,increasing difficulty of OBD monitoring in the running condition for electronic control system.There is some risk of error with excessively harsh OBD online monitoring.On the contrary,the after-treatment system would fail with the level of NO_x several times of that of China ?.In this thesis,an technology emphasizing internal purification of enginehas been put forward to meet the China ? emission based on the China ? emission of the engine.On the basis of WP12 China ? HD engine,an cooledEGR engine was equipped with ordinary waste-gate turbocharge.The prime performance state has thus been achieved through ordinary bleeder valve supercharger matching,high pressure common rail fuel system selection and the venturi take trachea research.In the meantime,the transient calibration has been optimized to fulfill the requirements of China ? emission.The testing results indicate that China ? legislationrequirements could be metthrough the optimization of engine body cylinder combustion.All of ESC emission test cycle,ETC test cycle,ELR test cycle could be passed even without after-treatment system.Upgrade to China ? from China ? could be achieved with penalty of littleeffect on economic performance,fulfilling the demands of production.
