Railway track facilities inspection is the main basis for obtaining the railway line equipment running status, mastering the variation law of the state of operation, making the planning and analysis of the railway equipment. The main object of the railway track inspection and inspection is the geometric parameters of the contact network, which is an important index to evaluate whether the contact network system meets the requirements of the security index and the security.Because there are many problems such as slow speed, low efficiency, low reliability, and so on,it has been studied and detected quickly, and the use of simple and convenient rail nearby facilities to replace manual inspection. In this thesis, tracking the development trend of the domestic and foreign railway facilities scan detection technology, and fully consider the characteristics of the detection of the characteristics of the railway in our country on the basis of research and development of a railway track and rail facilities for scanning device. The use of laser radar and computer vision technology, the key indicators of catenary scanning;real-time tracking of the contact line height and stagger value change;abnormal detection alarm;timely fault.According to the above function produced two pieces of power drive board,an embedded control board,PC control software and developed the corresponding design, data storage format, database table structure, realize data automatic processing and 3D display. The test results show that the device can overcome the high cost of manual inspection and dynamic inspection efficiency, improve the detection accuracy and provides an intuitive man-machine interface and intuitive 3D renderings.
