"Cutting overcapacity" "destocking" "deleveraging" have become social hot words in the context of the supply-side structural reforms,and vigorously develop prefabricated steel structure building is becoming an inevitable trend in the development of China's construction industry.As we all know china's ultra-high-rise buildings mainly use frame-core tube structure system,while the optimization problems of lateral force resisting members and seismic design of frame-core tube have become the key to restricting the development of the structural Considering the above factors herein proposed CFST(Concrete Filled Steel Tube)frame-SCS(Composite Steel Plate and Concrete Shear Walls)core tube structure with dissipation devices.CFST column and SCS shear walls for use in this structure not only an effective solution to the optimization problem of lateral force resisting member,and the basic requirements of prefabricated steel building development.The additional use of dissipation devices,can effectively improve seismic behavior further more.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have achieved fruitful results for the studies of "composite steel plate and concrete shear walls" "CFST frame-core tube" and seismic energy dissipation of buildings",however,the comprehensive utilization of the above technology research is very few.Based on the above research,this paper systematically studies the seismic performance of CFST frame-SCS core tube structure with dissipation devices,as follows:1)It describes the present situation of research related to the CFST frame-SCS core tube structure with dissipation devices.2)Summarizes the analytical and computational theories related to the seismic behavior of CFST frame-SCS core tube structure with dissipation devices.3)Based on Midas Building design software,combined with the relevant specification of china,we designed a CFST frame-SCS core tube structure model,verify its correctness and rationality,and to selecting the scheme of the structure with dissipation devices.4)Based on ETABS finite element analysis software,we conducted modal analysis,response spectrum analysis and time history analysis under the original structure and the structure with dissipation devices.The results show that: CFST frame-SCS core tube structure can meet the seismic behavior of the existing regulatory requirements.The installation of dissipation devices can effectively improve the seismic behavior of the structure.
