Since human beings learned building technology,reinforcement and reconstruction technology about buildings emerged.Building industry has developed rapidly in recent years in our country,reinforcement industry of buildings has become one of main parts in building industry.There is a long way to develop and make progress in terms of theory,design,construction concerning building reinforcement.In this paper,it adopted enlarging section method to reinforce axially compressed columns by grouting material and fine aggregate concrete and then to study reinforcement performance of different materials.Main research contents are as follows:Under the same method to reinforce column by enlarging section method,5columns with identical original condition were designed.After being reinforced by grouting material and fine aggregate concrete with same intensity,staged static loading was conducted by 1000 t long column testing machine,which collected test data to compare reinforcement results and analyze performance of different reinforcement materials.In this paper,it adopted ABAQUS software to conduct finite element simulation analysis and make four groups of mould for axial compression analysis by ABAQUS software,compare with actual test results to analyze effectiveness of mould.After analyzing advantages and disadvantages of grouting material and fine aggregate concrete by test and finite element simulation,the following conclusion can be obtained:(1)Bearing capacity of normal section was improved significantly by grouting material or fine aggregate concrete enlarging section method to reinforce columns.(2)When reinforcing axial compression column by grouting material or fine aggregate concrete with the same identical intensity,effect of grouting material was better than that of fine aggregate concrete.(3)From perspective of construction,vibrating process could be left out.It could pass through densely reinforced pores only by self-supporting effect of grouting material.Space in mould was compacted completely and kept self uniformity,and then concrete structures that both durability and mechanical properties meet requirements for structural design was formed.Above all,reinforcement by enlarging section method with grouting materials possesses better material performance,with significant economic and social effect,which is worthy of popularizing.
