In recent years,a series of urban issues are formed with the rapid urban construction development and constant improvement of urbanization rate in China.In order to solve them,the urban growth boundary theory,as an effective management tool,is gradually valuing and applying in urban planning practice.Meanwhile,in order to solve multi-plan separation,plan conflict and shortage of planning and coordination,the multiple planning integration starts to carry out across the country.However,China is relatively lagging on the urban planning theory construction,so the western urban planning theories are often introduced to guide the urban planning practice in China.Unfortunately,there is a great difference between the Sino-foreign urban development stages and national conditions,thus it is better to combine with domestic situation as learning from the western urban planning theory.Under the background,to study the ascertained method on the urban growth boundary and explore localization and regionalization is one of important contents in urban planning of new period.In this thesis,by taking central region in the small mountainous city represented by Yulong County as an example,the author studied the ascertained method of the urban study boundary under the background of multiple planning integration and analyzed the association and difference between ascertained practice and traditional theory of urban growth boundary under the new situation by combining with the regional features,so as to enrich domestic relevant theories and practical experience and explore the administrative management mechanism construction and implementation safeguard measures.In the end,the author drew a research conclusion,analyzed the development status of the multiple planning integration in Yunnan and gave the future prospect.
