The current economic downturn and the slow growth of world trade and many other factors,a direct impact on the international container transport market.Taking into account the uncertainties of the freight market and taking corresponding measures to adjust the operation strategy,it is very important for the container liner transportation enterprises,among them,it is one of the effective measures to reduce the risk and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.At present,most of the world’s large container liner companies are used in the form of trunk line combination capacity allocation,single shipping mode to multimodal transport,reduce the speed of navigation,participate in international logistics network and other methods,and thus reduce the operating costs,increase the total profit purpose.It is precisely because of the rapid deterioration of the global shipping environment in the short term and the excess capacity of shipping companies,forcing the container liner transport market competition into a new level.Container liner transport enterprises want to survive in such a complex competitive situation,it is necessary in the current operation on the basis of a reasonable planning transport network,scientific arrangements for cargo scheduling,to maximize the customer to meet the needs of the cargo transport time,a variety of types,A reasonable number of ships deployed to the operation of the route,and strive to make the total cost of business operations to minimize and maximize profits,while improving the overall quality of service and enhance the vitality of enterprises.Through the study of a large number of Chinese and foreign scholars for the route matching optimization model of the relevant literature,to re-build the liner shipping model and to verify the purpose of the shipping company in the route configuration more competitive advantage.In this paper,the time value of the cargo transportation is introduced into the route matching model for the first time.Under the premise of realizing the efficiency of the shipping company,by analyzing the additional loss caused by the extension of the transportation time,the freight fluctuation caused by the decrease of the ship speed is reduced,From which to find the best distribution plan.Based on the analysis of operating cost and route parameters of container liner transportation,a multi-objective function optimization model of container liner transportation route considering freight fluctuation is constructed.On the basis of this,an improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to find the Pareto efficient solution set of the model.Finally,the authenticity and validity of the model is verified by a real case of a well-known large container liner company.The purpose of this paper is to provide valuable theoretical guidance for shipping companies in the future distribution of routes.
