In a very long time,solar car is the focus of research on renewable energy vehicles at home and abroad,but the low power generation,power instability and other issues has been hindered its application in the car.Consider the problem of high-temperature cars due to car parking in the outdoors in summer,a reasonable design of a self-contained car solar thermostat system is a very practical solar energy application program.Firstly,the environment of automobile compartment is analyzed,and the basic.conception of the scheme is put forward.The concept of solar solar heating system is put forward from its design purpose.According to its use of the state of the thermostat system to define the conditions,divided into driving mode and non-driving mode.On this basis,the control strategy of the solar thermal system is designed to achieve the purpose of energy efficient and the basic scheme of the system hardware architecture is determined.Then,based on the corresponding theoretical basis,the complex functional structure of the system is simplified,the mathematical model is set up,and the simulation model of the solar thermal system is established on the basis of the mathematical model,which includes the PV model,the car compartment heat exchange model,the cooling subsystem model,the battery model and the corresponding controller model.And then through the simulation analysis to verify the accuracy of the subsystem model,and establish different simulation test conditions.from the analysis of the impact of the system energy matching and the impact of cooling effect.Through the simulation analysis of different simulation conditions,the influence of various environmental parameters and the design parameters on the energy matching degree and the cooling effect of the system are studied.Finally,the corresponding experiments has been carried out to verify the high temperature environment of the car and the cooling effect of fan cooling and semiconductor cooling.By measuring the temperature changes of the two cars in the summer,the high temperature of the car compartment is verified,and the simulation results of the car heat exchange model are compared,and the validity and accuracy of the model are verified.Install the semiconductor air conditioning on the car and measured the temperature of the car,the semiconductor cooling has been the actual effect.And has been compared with the simulation results of automobile heat exchange model,the error reason is analyzed.A cooling fan has been installed on the car,by measuring the temperature of the car,the actual effect of fan ventilation cooling has been verified.And has been compared with the simulation results of the cooling subsystem model and the vehicle heat exchange model,and the validity of the model is verified and the source of the error is analyzed.In this paper,the method of simulation analysis is applied to the design process of the scheme,so as to complete the initial parameter design of the scheme.The research method can be applied to the development of automotive electronic control products,not only to shorten the product development cycle,but also save a lot of unnecessary waste of costs.
