The coal transportation bridge is a special industrial building,mainly electric power production,coal mine transportation and other buildings and silo buildings connected corridor,the entire production process plays a vital role.In the 1970 s,the rapid development of China's power industry,as a necessary part of the production process,coal washing plants throughout the country to build a large number of coal bridge,the main form of the angle for the steel truss,because of its good performance,Rapid construction,easy removal,reusable and other characteristics,widely used in China's long-span coal bridge.Although the reasonable service life of the catapult is 50 years at the beginning of the design,the special trash can be made due to the corrosion of the steel truss rods and joints due to the special atmospheric environment and sprinkler removal process in the coal preparation plant.Maintenance,greatly accelerating the rate of corrosion,many mining sites of the coal bridge even lost the capacity of the structure of the load,which greatly poses a threat to production safety,so the reinforcement of the steel truss is imminent.As a result of the actual work needs,this paper to a coal mine bridge reinforcement project,for example,a comprehensive reinforcement method.First of all,combined with the corrosion of the bridge,the construction site and construction methods to determine the reinforcement site,develop a detailed reinforcement program.Then,the3 D model of the bridge is built by using SAP2000 finite element software to analyze whether the bearing capacity and deformation are in compliance with the specification and verify the rationality of the reinforcement scheme.Finally,according to the reinforcement scheme,the construction plan is put forward,and the temporary support to be supported during the construction period is directly used for the later reinforcement project.Through the finite element software,the force of the bar in the reinforcement process is analyzed,and the over-,The calculation results show that the construction scheme is safe and feasible,satisfying the requirements of the construction side,saving the safety of the construction,and providing some reference for the similar project.
