| With the development of computational analysis method and the progress of construction technology,large.span prestressed structures have been widely applied to various large various stadiums,terminal,hangar,dry coal shed and the construction of warehouse because of their advantages of light weight,high strength and beautiful appearance.The prestressed lasso plays an important role in prestressed steel structures.However,with the increase of service time,prestressed lassos are faced with problems like corrosion,relaxation,cable breaking,bearing offset and local temperature changes.Under the influence of these factors,there are no evaluation criteria of whether the structural mechanical properties and reliable performance of the prestressed steel structure in service period satisfy the requirement or not.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the influence of various factors on the prestressed steel structure.In this paper,taking the semi.rigid string shell structure as an example,the rust,loose,broken line,lasso reinforcement and local temperature change of the lasso are simulated and the mechanical properties and reliable performance of the structure under different degrees of different factors are studied.In terms of the prestressed steel lasso of rust,loose,broken line and reforcement and local temperature impact of uncertain factors on the structure,firstly,the representative prestressed steel structures are statistically analyzed,and then the development process of prestressed steel structures is expounded.Secondly,taking string of Cable Supported Barrel Vault as an example,based on the probability theory and the finite element method,the static and dynamic performance and the reliability analysis of cable corrosion,relaxation,cable break,support offset and local temperature change are studied respectively by using the ANSYS analysis software;The central cable with the maximum displacement of structure and the maximum stress is selected as the simulation component under various conditions.Single cable and multi.cable under different factors are simulated,in which the corrosion of cables are simulated by simulating the percentage of effective working area of cables and the relaxation of cables are simulated by applying different percentage of prestressed load.Finally,the influences of the sensitivity of input variables material properties and applied prestressing force to the mechanical index of structural output and its change tendency are studied and the influence of various structural uncertainties on structural safety is summarized,providing a guarantee for the safe service of prestressed structures with cables in practical engineering. |
