Biological Contact Oxidation Process of Biomembrane Growth Carrier with Tandem Bamboo and Combined Filler is dealed with Micro-polluted water.Starting up the reactor by using the artificially hanged membrane which contacts three groups filling rate(40%,60%,80%).During the start-up period,HRT was 1.5h,DO was 2mg/L,biological contact oxidation tank with 80%filling rate was matured in 26d,and the removal rate of water quality index was:CODMn 47%-54%,NH4+-N 20%?30%,TP 27%?53%,TN 10%-20%,turbidity 60%?80%,the treatment effect were better than group 40%and 60%.Group 40%and group 60%were matured in 38d.Therefore,the follow-up operation selects the filling rate of 80%of the reactor for the optimization of experimental parameters and design.During the stable period,the experiment discussed the factors of HRT,DO and aeration mode on the purification efficiency,and the treatment was analyz ed by biofilm traits and biophase characteristics.Setting the technological para meter,which the HRT was 1h and 1.5h,DO was 2mg/L,3mg/L,4mg/L and 5 mg/L to optimize the experimental.The results show that the aeration me-thod was stage aeration,HRT was 1h,DO was 3mg/L,TN removal effect was ob vious and the removal rate of 30.4%?58%.The removal rates of CODMn,NH4+-N,NO3--N and TP were 41.2%?54.7%,39.8%?62.7%,46.7%?63.6%and 41%?54.6%respectively.In which,the effluent quality is generally up to the Class III standard of surface water environmental quality standard.Based on results of the above experimental parameters,the pilot process and structure of the micro-polluted water in the upstream tributaries of the water source were designed by biological contact oxidation method,and the parameters of the main structures and the operating conditions were calculated,which provided the basis for the project implementation.
