The fuel cell system,as a high – efficient and clean power plant,is considered to be an ideal solution for remote UUV power system.Aiming for the UUV power system high requirement of integration,energy density characteristics and automation,this paper completes these tasks: design,simulation and experimental study for the gas-water separator and injector in the gas pipeline system;design of the control system closed cycle fuel cell power plant;proposing a system integration program by using components and control system described above.A cyclone separator structure is designed in this paper,and FLUENT is used to simulate the efficiency.This paper designs cyclone separator for the proton exchange membrane fuel cell circulation and drainage system.A compact cyclone separating apparatus for a fuel cell cycle drainage system is proposed and experimented.The results show that: after the circulation separator drainage system piping temperature drop will cause the water vapor condenses,thus weakening the separator separation.In order to eliminate the use of a circulation pump in the circulation path of the system parasitic power,this paper designs an ejector for the fuel cell in rated conditions,using the working fluid high pressure to inject the recycle gas,by aero dynamics and FLUENT numerical simulation.Before using the jector,the working fluid pressure should be adjusted to make sure that the mixed fluid pressure at the fuel cell operating pressure and the injector operating point in in the steady position.Fuel cell operation and control system can not be separated.In order to achieve a reasonable arrangement in a limited space,this paper proposes a three-tier structure of the fuel cell control system: host computer operating monitoring panel,slave computer DSP control panel,sensors and working elements;two levels of arrangement: slave computer,sensors,working elements and fuel cells module are packaged as a module,host computer is arranged to achieve the operating and monitoring shows of one or more modules.In the end of this paper,the 24 kWh fuel cell integrated scheme for 0.533 m diameter,3.5m long cabin is proposed.
