With a large scale development of nuclear energy and nuclear technology,it has been highly concerned on the spot of radiation production issues that consider the health of staff engaged in nuclear power.In recent years,with applications of path-planning technology in transportation,artificial intelligence and other areas,domestic and foreign scholars have studied path-planning technology in the field of nuclear radiation.Path planning technology can be used to plan and evaluate walking path,provide a scientific basis to establish and optimize the work program.The technology is an effective way to reduce occupational exposure to workers.On these basis,path problem was studied by path-planning and virtual reality technology for nuclear facilities.The main contents are as follows:(1)Walking path problem in nuclear facilities is proposed.After investigating path-planning method for radiation field,the relevant theoretical knowledge of radiation protection and environmental modeling method were combined to propose the road model for nuclear facility.Path-planning algorithm was analyzed,and then the minimum dose path-planning method and path simulation method were designed to solve the path problem in radiation field.(2)Virtual reality,database and data visualizationwas studied,a 2DMap walking path-planning system,virtual reality system and other auxiliary systems were designed.The walking path-planning method for nuclear facilities was used in these systems.The path-planning simulation program which has functions of path planning,data visualization,virtual ramble and animation simulation was developed.The research result shows that the proposed path-planning method is feasible,the developed walking path-planning simulation program is not only used to plan path in 2D nuclear radiation scene,but also simulate work and roam in virtual scene.In addition,the program has function of path visualization and radiation dose rate visualization.The program provides a safe,economical and effective platform to staff training and reduce unnecessary radiation exposure in radiation field.It is an innovative attempt and has a wide application prospect.
