As the rapid development of deep water offshore oil,large-scale marine engineering and port construction,crane vessel with huge accommodation is increasingly becoming more important in offshore equipment family.However,with crane vessels increasing size and moving towards to the shallow water and deep-sea,their ballast on working status has become the key factor on safety and efficient.Because the heavier lift means more safety condition,that ' s said“window period" is shorter.At present,the relevant research on experiment and numerical simulation has made certain progress,However most of which is from experience,So research about programmed ballast and automatic control is imperative.Based on a crane vessel designed by the Yantai cimc-raffles,the article do the numerical simulation about the process of ballast water allocating,considering the true requirement in working,the research and development of project,the demand in the process of debugging,according the basic data such as ballast,allocation of lifting system,combining related theories and crane data.Researching three typical conditions as the debug of ballast system at the time of travelling,test of crane loading in deep water dock,cooperating ballast with crane,combining practice and theories,verify the correctness and feasibility of the theory and engineering design in the thesis.After that,the article optimizes the original layout of the middle ballast cabin and the ballast system,proving a prioritization scheme which is adopted.Researching shows that the article solves the key technology problem of ballast allocating and crane running when the semi-submersible crane vessel is working.The optimizing research satisfies the requirement of standard and design task,getting the approvement from classification society.Now the semi-submersible crane is working at Santos sea area in Brazil,keeping the first effective operability.
