The diesel engine transient period can be seen as a combination of variable torque and variable speed when it's running in transient conditions,The transient response process of diesel engine is directly determined by the complex response process of the oil and gas,and the key point to the engine to achieve excellent transient response is the adequate supply of fuel and gas.But actually,the fuel response in the diesel transient process is significantly faster than the intake response,which makes the matching of fuel and gas different from the steady process.Therefore the transient response characteristics is different from the steady-state characteristics.And the emissions,noise and economic performance of the engine in transient process are obvious better than the steady-state process.The transient characteristics of the turbocharged diesel engine become more difference due to the turbocharger response lag.This paper studies the transient response process of the diesel engine,to explore the influence of the parameters of the fuel and gas path to the diesel engine response process,which instructive to the transient process of diesel engine for better control.For carrying on the study,I build a simulation model of the turbocharged diesel engine by using GT-power software.And correct the model to the experimental data of the engine.The comparison analysis between the data proves that the simulation model can react the characteristics of the turbocharged diesel engine exactly.This paper studies the factors to the transient speed response of the engine,and that of the response of fuel and gas by using the transient droop and speed recovery time as a evaluation.Through the quantitative analysis of the influencing parameters,I find the key parameters of the transient speed adjustment response.Based on experimental design,I get the significant factors to the transient speed adjustment response process of the diesel engine under interaction.By conducting a research on diesel engine constant speed with increasing torque process,by changing the injection process to control the increase of torque,studying the impact law of diesel main performance parameters under different torque transient time conditions.Conduct research on the effect of EGR on diesel engine transient loading process,draw the influence of the dynamic characteristics of the EGR valve,accuracy of control and the degree ofopening on diesel engine transient process.Based on the response rule of the main parameters of the diesel engine transient increasing process,diesel engine transient loading process of fuel injection strategy is analyzed.The study in this paper provides theoretical basis to transient process control and optimization of diesel engine.
