With the development of permanent magnet materials?theories of AC speed regulation system and microprocessor,PMSM AC servo systems gets a wide range of applications.Based on the speciality of a small size?no mechanical commutator and brush?little fluctuant electromagnetism torgue and so on,PMSM that applies to the stabilizing image framework of little inertia?tail wagging has obtained the widespread application.For the PMSM,this paper rises a method of hardware-sofware co-simulation for Simulink algorithm using MATLAB/Simulink/RTW EC.model of Algorithm.Compared with the traditional hand-written code,efficiency improved significantly.In this paper,it introduces the RTW tool-box of MATLAB first,and deeply analyzes its theory,the process of automatic code generation of RTW?the application-model and the generated code.Second,this paper analyzes the theory and the functions of DSP2812 and the function-model of F2812 in the DSP library of the MATLAB/Simulink.And then it research on the SVPWM based on the working principle and coordination transformation principle of PMSM,brings forward two methods which are called 'maximal rotundity magnetic field'and 'maximal vector of voltage' to solving the distortion of the output of invertor.Last but not least,this paper builds and simulates the controlling model of PMSM using MATLAB/Simulink which obtains a good effect.Based on the model it generates the embedded codes automatically,and then loads-and-goes in the DSP F2812.It obtains a good effect.
