With the improvement of people's living standard,in the fast pace of today's society,microwave ovens bring convenience to the residents' life.With the continuous development of intelligent and information technology,and the continuous development and maturity of intelligent control technology,the quality of microwave oven products has been improved.There are some obvious problems in ordinary microwave ovens,for example,the cooking process can not be controlled by intelligent procedures,and different types of food need to be set according to their quantity.Therefore,improper operation can lead to food overheating,carbonization or not cooked,and can not achieve the desired cooking effect.Moreover,the cooking food has problems in the color,taste,nutrient composition and so on,and the food heating is uneven.Therefore,this paper thinks that it is necessary to develop a frequency conversion microwave oven with simple operation and good cooking effect.This paper mainly studies the control circuit of microwave oven frequency converter.This paper first introduces the structure and working principle of the microwave oven,specific research on the structure and working principle of the magnetron microwave oven timer and power regulator structure and principle,the definition of communication protocol between PC and inverter directly,the inverter control system of microwave oven.This paper focuses on the design of microwave tube single frequency converter communication circuit and frequency conversion microwave power reduction rule.The core of the article is the module circuit design from the single chip microcomputer,power supply,display circuit,key circuit,voice circuit,timing circuit,power output circuit and power down memory circuit.The system software is designed,and the operation of the system is explained.In the end,the software control rules of microwave oven computer board are studied,and the control function of computer board is realized.By using simulation software,the system input module,state transition controller,data loader,cooking timer,display decoder and so on are simulated.Finally,the conventional mode test and the timing test are carried out.Through the study of the working principle of the system,detailed function design,realize the corresponding function.Through the systematic simulation experiments,it is proved that the analog circuit related function modules can run correctly,and the requirements of the control circuit system of the microwave oven inverter are basically realized.Through the research of this topic,it provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the application of microwave oven inverter.It can save energy and protect the environment,protect the original color and fragrance of food,and provide a convenient life for the vast number of users.
