In recent years,a new form of assembly structure that is superimposed slab shear wall structure has been introduced from Germany in China under the situation of rapid development of housing industry.This new type of prefabricated structure system is composed of two prefabricated wall panels as a permanent template,made by pouring concrete in the middle of the sandwich layer.The overlapped wall panels are formed integrally with the surrounding structures by setting the vertical and transverse connecting structures in the patchwork together to bear the vertical and horizontal loads together.This kind of lap joint belongs to indirect lap connection,and the domestic specification has not yet made specific stipulations on the lap length and lap spacing of its lap reinforcement.Therefore,this paper,from the reinforcement structure,The distance between the rebar and the lap length of the reinforcement l three aspects of the study of the composite wall in the horizontal low cycle reciprocating load under the action of the horizontal wall of the joint patchwork strength,bearing capacity,ductility and broken ring The Which provides the theoretical basis for engineering application of laminated shear wall.In this paper,through the theoretical analysis and finite element analysis method for the laminated plate shear wall horizontal patch joints at the force transmission performance of the study,the main conclusions are as follows:?1?The structure of the non-contact bar splicing is analyzed and the results show that the force between the indirect lap is mainly depends on the bond stress between the rebar and the concrete.In theory,the indirect lap can be very good To achieve the stress transmission between the bars.?2?The finite element simulation results show that the spring element can simulate the bond and slip characteristics between the reinforced concrete and the concrete,and compare the finite element analysis results of each specimen.Lap and indirect lap can be completed between the force between the rebar,and the indirect lap of the transmission effect is better than the direct lap.?3?The nonlinear numerical simulation analysis of three kinds of wall-type shear wall and all-cast wall boards with three different wall-plate structure?double-row arrangement,plum-type arrangement and single row arrangement?,Compare them in the bottom of the wall at the bottom of the tensile stress,draw the force transmission performance.The results show that the three kinds of ribs can be well passed,and the effect of the reinforcement force is about 80%-90%,but the double-row arrangement of the laminated wall The lap length of the reinforcement can increase the transmission performance of the steel bar and the bearing capacity of the wall plate.When the length of the lap is increased from 35d to 1.2laE,The strength of the force of the reinforcement is about 6%;the distance between the longitudinal reinforcement and the reinforcement of the prefabricated panels on both sides of the laminated wallboard has no effect on the transmission performance and the wall bearing capacity of the reinforcement,The wall board can withstand loads and load loads well.
