With the development of modern society deepening,the pace of urban mass scale in China is deepening,and the land used for construction needs to be rationally planned and used.The land used for construction is increasingly tense,and engineers are more inclined to design high-rise buildings and high-rise buildings.In this way,it can not only effectively solve the problem of land tightening but also broaden the use space of the building,which is the structure of the large chassis tower.The large chassis structure is mainly composed of two or more high-rise buildings connected to the tower structure.Large chassis tower structure is unique in its structural,as the lower space structure,larger at the bottom of the upper part is independent vertical tower structure,space layout reasonable,conform to the requirements of the engineers,and People's Daily life.However,the large chassis tower structure properties directly lead to the mechanical properties change,are different from ordinary buildings,and so on this type of building design in under the action of earthquake stability,reliability and security become the research focus.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of the seismic process are investigated by means of the seismic isolation technology.Isolation technology is essentially the basis and connected to the base of the main structure or upper part of the main structure of the one set between two layers of isolation bearing isolation layer which is formed by the isolation bearings,blocking the main structure of the seismic wave to the isolation bearing in the upper,rapid energy consumption offset seismic action,can also be supported by isolation bearing the joint energy dissipation technology to energy dissipation damping,efficiently and reduce the effect and reduce the earthquake effect on isolation bearing the main structure of the above.Due to the features of modern architecture using need the birth of the twin towers and large chassis structure,large chassis it is critical that the structure of the twin towers isolation technique,through the establishment of large chassis towers structure model,this paper has respectively analyzed conventional not isolation structure,space structure,layer spacing support joint structure with energy dissipation,four kinds of model base isolation structure seismic response under seismic action,and comparative analysis research,the main contents are:(1)Establish a conventional isolation structure finite element analysis model,not in the top of the chassis and the tower column and isolation bearing layer intervals between low structure finite element analysis model,on the basis of the layer structure between the big chassis layout support finite element analysis model of energy consumption,between the foundation and upper body structure and isolation bearing base isolation structure finite element analysis model.(2)The finite element software SAP2000 analysis of four kinds of structure model,two-way under seismic action of modal analysis,response spectrum analysis and time history analysis,get the natural cycle of the four kinds of model structure,quality coefficient,the displacement between layers of the floors and interlayer displacement Angle,and comparison analysis.(3)Based on the conventional structure model,layer structure model,the layer spacing between support the joint of the structure with energy dissipation model,the seismic response of the structure model of the base isolation analysis concluded that: in conventional isolation structure and isolation bearing and on the basis of energy consumption on the basis of the layer spacing structure layout support,the structure of the overall ability to resist lateral was significantly enhanced;Whether layer structure,between interval shock support joint structure with energy dissipation or base isolation structure,most of them under seismic force influence displacement occurred in isolation layer,and displacement of tower part is very small,basically doing "integral translation";The interlayer displacement Angle of the structure is much smaller than that of the conventional seismic structure.Compared with layer spacing structure,due to the isolation bearing is set at tower columns of low,because the isolation structure layer above feedback part of the earthquake action,so the isolation layer structure under seismic response enhancement,so should improve the isolation layer below include base part of aseismic levels,increase the lower part of the internal force of structures,stricter suspension structural measures,to ensure the effective of bottom structure and the whole building aseismic ability.
