With the development of our national economy,the nuclear power Plant construction has been speedily,in March 2011 Japan's Fukushima nuclear power plant accident,China suspended approval of new nuclear power projects.In February 2015 Liaoning nuclear power Plant construction approved by the State Council,which means the formal resumption of nuclear power.According to the long-term development plan of nuclear power in China is expected in the next 5 years,China's nuclear power group will increase at least 30 units,in the construction of nuclear power units will increase at least 14 units.The construction of nuclear power in our country is set for the construction of nuclear power units,construction and operation of different conditions in the same nuclear power base have become normality in our country.The environments of nuclear power plant construction conditions is complex,because of the foundation of nuclear power group is about rock,there are a lot of blasting excavation and construction work during the construction.the operating units or units are debugging has strict requirements about the vibration frequency of the blasting.It will cause huge economic losses and casualties caused by the adverse social impact If the safety accident happens.This paper based on the actual demand of engineering,Take the risk management and safety evaluation of foundation pit engineering as the main research objectives.Through the engineering materials and construction conditions,based on related theories at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of foundation pit engineering in China,Make an comprehensive research on the main problems of risk management,the construction process of foundation pit engineering hazard identification and the foundation pit construction safety evaluation.Put out the risk management ideas and safety assessment which matches the condition of China,by combining the theory of Accident Causation Based on foundation pit engineering accident analysis,the statistics of foundation pit engineering accidents caused by these factors,index can comprehensively reflect the status of foundation pit engineering and which helps the enterprise to make the targeted corrective measures and develop the safety management.According to the reaches above,the article identify significant risks and hazards of Fuqing Hualong nuclear power during the blasting process what we should pay attention to.According to the accident causing factors of excavation the safety management suggestions and requirements has been found.At last we takes an Analysis of Fuqing Hualong nuclear key points of the safety management and safety control measures during the process of excavation and blasting,Which provide the suggestion to improve the safety management level of Excavation Engineering in nuclear power plant and it guarantees the operation and construction of nuclear power units for safe.
