Automatic analyzer is the necessary instrument for medical and scientific research institutions to carry out clinical diagnosis and biochemical tests,the main factors affecting the detection accuracy are the feed positioning accuracy of the mobile platform and the sampling accuracy of the sample adding system.The topic of this paper is based on the principle of automatic analyzer mobile platform feeding positioning and sampling system precise sampling principle,and mainly studied the influence factors of feed positioningand precise sampling process,derived the flexible positioning model of the mobile platform and the dynamic equation of the sampling process.Design automatic analyzer mobile experiment platform.The experiment verifies that the automatic analyzer has high positioning accuracy and small running impact under the control of flexible positioning curve.Analyzed the process of adding sample is simulated,and the influence of different factors on the precision of sample addition.In this paper,the automatic analyzer mobile platform is selected the synchronous belt drive scheme based on the stepper motor.Analyzed the factors influencing the precision of the stepping motorand analyzed the control curve of the feed position.Then established the flexible positioning model of automatic analyzer,and obtained the pulse control curves of the stepping motor by converting the flexible positioning control curve.Discretized the pulse control curve,then determine the control scheme and programming control the stepper motor of the automatic analyzer.Designed the feeding experiment platform of the Automatic analyzer,and the results show that mobile platform under the control of the flexible feed positioning model the positioning accuracy is high and the running impact is less.So themodel can fully meet the needs of practical applications.According to the actual working conditions of the automatic analyzer;analyses the influencing factors of sample precision in the process of adding samples;determined the flow state of the fluid sample in the pipeline and in the process of analysis of fluid solid coupling vibration model is established and factors solid liquid coupling;analyzes the influencing factors of fluid resistance and fluid,liquid volume in the process of adding samples and set up model of fluid dynamics in the process of adding samples,according to the actual conditions of use to optimize the parameters of the models of fluid dynamics model to be optimized;should build a simulation platform with Simulink,the effects of different viscosity,different sample line length and different dosages of sample precision,and analyzes the influence of different factors on the sample precision.
