As a clean renewable energy,China has developed wind power industry in recent years,especially in wind power generation.As the core component of the wind power system,the reliability of wind power converter directly influences the performance of wind power system.Because of the large quantity of heat produced by the converter,the liquid cooling equipment is always used in the practical application for cooling the equipment.In order to guarantee the efficient and stable operation of the equipment,the data acquisition system of the wind power converter is designed to adjust the parameters of cooling equipment and monitor the state.Firstly,combined with the need of application,this paper analyzes the significance and necessity of the research,meanwhile,domestic and foreign research present situation are analyzed andthe main research task of this paper was proposed.According to the overall functional requirements and system structure of the system,the overall design scheme of the data acquisition system uses microprocessor as the core control unit is presented,and the micro processor manufacturer and model are determined.The hardware circuit of the data acquisition system of the liquid cooling equipment for wind power converter is designed.DSP TMS320F2812 is chosen as the core processor,and the power circuit,the clock circuit,the reset circuit,the ADC peripheral circuit and the bus interface circuit are designed at the same time.Finally,the design principle of PCB was proposed and the data acquisition system PCB board was designed.This paper focuses on the design and development of signal acquisition,signal processing and transmission of data acquisition system,combined with the idea of program design,drawing the program design flow chart.In addition,according the actual need of application,the software of man-machine interactive interface is designed,which can be used for the real-time display of system state parameters and the real-time monitoring of the state parameters of the wind power converter.Finally,the hardware and software of the system are tested,and the product prototype is assembled.The test results show that the system works properly,and the monitoring of the liquid cooling equipment is accurate and reliable,which can effectively ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
