| With the rapid development of computer technology.Hardware-in-the-loop simulation replaces physical simulation in the early stages of weaponry development.Hardware-in-the-loop simulation is one such technique. It is a kind of measuring weapon equipment and the computer to achieve the control object simulation model connected together to test the technology. The traditional hardware-in-the-loop simulation system has the defects of low projection brightness, low contrast, complex system structure, and low accuracy of simulation target localization.Based on the traditional hardware-in-the-loop simulation system, this paper designs a point target projection system based on synchronous timing. The work and innovation of this paper are as follows:1.Simulation points generated by lasers Reflector values reflected on a two-axis turntable are used to simulate the actual moving targets such as airplanes and missiles by the movement of the simulation point targets, achieving higher projection brightness and contrast.2.The overall structure design of the point target simulation projection simulation system is carried out,and the mathematical model of the angle position of the two-axis turntable angle and the simulation point target is established. The conditions for the precise positioning of the point target on the spherical screen are analyzed. The synchronization timing system and the nonlinear control algorithm are proposed to ensure the accurate positioning of the point target on the spherical screen.3.A synchronous timing system is designed to meet the real-time requirements of the system.Which realizes the synchronization of the whole test system and the requirement of high sampling frequency. And realizes the real-time requirement of data transmission by CAN bus.4.The non-linear control algorithm of turntable control system is designed to meet the non-linear requirements of point targets under different motion states. Finally, the position error of the point target on the spherical screen is 0.015 ° and 0.045° respectively. |
